o Provide project management services for the interior buildout of a medical simulation center at the University of the Virgin Islands. These duties include but not limited to:

o Facilitate project meetings between owner, architect, and contractor

o Provide inspection services to include reports

o Track project schedule

o Approve progress payments by contractor

o Provide solutions on ways to improve schedule and/or cost of project

o Manage overall aspects of the project
