o Develop conceptual design layout for the entire facility

o Design drawings and specifications for new dormitory building, parking lot, and bleacher

covering

o Develop Request for Proposal for dormitory build, parking lot, and bleachers

o Provide site inspections and general project oversight

o Provide solutions on ways to improve schedule and/or cost of project

o Coordinate construction efforts between owner and contractor
